Tamales made fresh the day of your pickup or delivery, wrapped and ready to reheat. Mix and match flavors by the dozen, and ask about 10% off orders placed 3 or more weeks ahead, paid upfront.
What it costs, before we start
1 dozen is $42. Buy more and the per-dozen price drops: 2 dozen is $76 (save $8), 4 dozen is $153 (save $15, our best value), 6 dozen is $205 — the go-to for parties and events.

How much notice do you need?
For catering, 48 hours notice lets us plan flavors and quantities properly - the bigger the order, the more that helps. Same-day rush orders are sometimes possible for smaller groups.
Do you deliver?
Pickup in Carlsbad is always available. Delivery is available on orders of 3 dozen or more, with a travel fee based on distance across North County San Diego.
Is there a minimum for catering orders?
No strict minimum for pickup - order what your group needs. Delivery kicks in at 3 dozen or more, which is typically where office and party orders land anyway.
Can I get a discount on a big order?
Yes - pre-order 3 or more weeks ahead and pay upfront for 10% off, on top of the per-dozen savings at 2, 4, and 6 dozen.
